About This Project
Jiuhua Mountain's open-air bronze statue of Bodhisattva is located in Huashan Dayuan Cultural Park, one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China. The bronze statue is 84 meters tall, with the lotus base 99 meters high, and the Zen stick 109.9 meters high. The bronze statue is made of bronze material, with gold paint on the surface. The internal bearing force adopts the carbon steel structure to support the sculpture panel. This is also the world's highest open-air bronze statue of Bodhisattva. The Bodhisattva of the earth is a bhikkhu, holding a tin stick in his right hand and a mani pearl in his left hand. Facing the northwest, it is dignified and kind, to show "all living beings, the country is peaceful and the people are safe". The cleverness of the bronze statue lies in the angle of its selection. The back of the bronze statue is to the East and West, with Lion Peak as the background. When the sun rises, the sun shines brightly from the front, and a unique "Buddha light" phenomenon will be formed during the spring equinox and Autumn equinox every year.
