This Mirror Cast stainless steel statue is designed according to a real person, is cast of stainless steel material, with a total height of 1.8m, and is installed in a Mall in South Africa. We started this stainless steel casting figure sculpture from a series of High-definition images from different views to sculpt a 1:1 clay model. The subsequent steps are following to traditional lost-wax casting method. Generally speaking, we following to below steps,
Step one, clay model/3D print model
Step two, duplicated into FRP model or wax model
Step three, lost-wax casting
Step four, welding and surface grinding
