It is a 3 meters high tear sculpture with a superb mirror polished surface finished by Mr. Hudson in 2016 and originally exhibited at Chatsworth's House in Derbyshire. It was part of Sotheby’s private sale exhibition Beyond Limits.
The whole artwork is realized by hand-forging with 2-3mm thickness 316L stainless steel as the exterior material, its soft line and flat curve surface makes the overall reflective surface vivid and perfect just like a real mirror. The Tear series has also been favored by many art collectors because of its implied appearance and form.
