About this Mirror Stainless Steel Animal Artwork
Mirror Stainless Steel Snake sculpture is designed by Artist Linda Bakke and installed in Ringebu Stave Church in Norway, where is the most visited attraction in Ringebu. The design of the stainless steel piece was inspired by the carved wood decoration at the entrance of the church, which features 15 intertwined dragons/snakes.
The whole sculpture was made by stainless steel 316L with high anti-corrosion, and formed by hand-forging craftsmanship, through the process of hammering, welding, grinding, polishing to reach the final high reflective and mirrored effect.
The completed mirror stainless steel sculpture with stand height of 3 meters. At night, spotlights of different colors on the ground project on the sculpture, giving people a different sense of mystery.
